When I first opened the box there was a fairly high wow factor!! 
. The pillows have a white casing and the seams are lined with dark blue. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. As for being true memory foam, I don’t think so. I was dissappointed about this at first since I was expecting the “give” of memory foam like tempurpedic, where a handprint leaves an indentation. I was going to return them until I layed down on the living room couch with one of the new pillows. After a few minutes I was almoast asleep and I am SOLD! The foam, while not totally responsive like high quality memory foam, does behave a bit like memory foam. Reguardless, I am not returning them! These are staying. They sleep like a five star hotel. One thing to note is this: I am not sure what they are talking about when they advertise this “cooling” feature. These pillows do not cool anything, in fact they heat up. This does not bother me at all, in fact it is what puts me to sleep so fast on these. Wonderful product.
